2023 年国际商业TRIZ会议（中文场）通知
当今世界，商业管理领域的关键技能之一是解决复杂的、非标准问题的能力。21世纪社会的竞争环境和需求需要我们快速响应，需要有效地找到新的、非标准解决方案，以及创造新的成功的创新商业系统和商业产品，这些正成为最迫切的要求。大多数这样的工作需要非凡的创造性思维。
当前，基于TRIZ（发明问题解决理论）的系统化创新思维方法和工具，正在世界各地的各类机构中积极推进和应用。TRIZ最初是为了支持技术创新而开发的，并在全球许多公司得到应用，而且也已开始用于其他领域。现在，“商业TRIZ”一词通常指那些用来面向商业、经济、管理等领域寻找创新的解决方案而创建、调整的TRIZ方法和工具。
为了搭建商业TRIZ爱好者的交流平台，国际商业TRIZ协会（IBTA）每年都会召开国际商业TRIZ会议，并以不同语种召开专场，目前已形成了英文、中文、俄文三种不同语言专场的系列学术活动。2022年7月举办了首届中文专场，吸引了来自中国、马来西亚等国家的160余位TRIZ专家、实践者和爱好者参加，在中文TRIZ社群中产生了积极影响。
2023年，IBTA将继续召开“2023国际商业TRIZ会议（中文场）”（BUSINESS TRIZ ONLINE Summer 2023 in Chinese），为参会者搭建学术交流平台，使参会者进一步了解国内外商业TRIZ发展和应用现状、推广经验、未来发展的挑战和前景等。

会议邀请任何对商业TRIZ感兴趣的爱好者参加。包括但不限于TRIZ专家、商业领域专业人士、企业家、中高层管理人员、顾问、商业与管理领域的培训师和教师、学生、研究生等。
【会议语言】
2023国际商业TRIZ会议（中文场）将以中文举行。除特邀报告外，所有的报告、研讨均为中文。
【会议时间】
2023年7月15日（周六），采用北京时间（UTC+8）。起止时间将根据提交报告申请情况统筹安排。
如有变动，另行通知。
【会议地点】
本次会议在线举行，采用腾讯会议（Voov Meeting）、微信视频号（Wechat Channel）直播等方式。
【会议费用】
会议免费，但需要实名注册。会前面向注册用户发布会议号或会议链接。
非实名用户注册将无法获得会议号。
【报名安排】
自本通知发布之日起至2022年6月30日，同时受理报告申请和参会申请。
2022年7月1日-2022年7月10日，只受理参会申请，不再受理报告申请
请严格按照报名时间节点做好安排，逾期不再受理。
参会名额有限，先到先得。
【报告征集】
本次会议接受各类与商业TRIZ相关主题的分享，以PPT形式提交。
本次会议接受的报告主题包括但不限于以下方向：
——用于商业、经济、管理以及其他非技术领域的TRIZ方法和理论基础。
——用于商业、经济、管理以及其他非技术领域的TRIZ工具。
——商业TRIZ方法和工具与其他方法和工具的融合。
——应用TRIZ解决实际商业、管理等领域问题，创造新的商业产品，发展新的商业、管理模式，商业TRIZ的教学经验等。
——商业、经济、管理以及其他非技术领域TRIZ的案例研究。
如果参会代表希望在会议上分享，请用中文提交申请，申请需包括以下内容：
——报告题目。
——报告人及合作者姓名、单位、城市、国家、通讯地址、电子邮件。
——报告摘要（300字左右）。
报告申请须在2023年6月30日之前提交。

One of the key skills of management professions in today's world is the ability to solve difficult, non-standard problems. The competitive environment and growing demands of the 21st century society require acting fast. The need to effectively find new non-standard solutions, as well as to create new successful innovative business systems and business products are becoming the highest priority. Most of such tasks require extraordinary and creative thinking.
Technology and tools of systematic innovative thinking based on TRIZ - the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving - are now actively implemented in various organizations all over the world. Originally developed to support technical innovation and used by many global companies, nowadays TRIZ is used in other areas as well. The term "Business TRIZ" is used for TRIZ methods and tools created and adapted to support the search for innovative business and management solutions.
The "BUSINESS TRIZ ONLINE - FALL 2024" conference invites anyone interested in learning what current state of the art of Business TRIZ is, how to apply it, and to discuss challenges and opportunities for the Business TRIZ community.
The conference "BUSINESS TRIZ ONLINE - FALL 2024" will be held in English.
We invite both listeners and speakers to the conference: TRIZ specialists, business professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, middle and top managers, consultants and trainers as well as students.
We invite speakers to participate in the online conference and make presentations (up to 20 mins inlcuding Q/A) in the following areas:
• Methods and theoretical foundations of TRIZ for business and management.
• TRIZ tools for business and management.
• Integration of Business TRIZ methods and tools with other methods and tools.
• Practices of applying TRIZ in solving actual business problems, creating new business models and business products.
• Experience of teaching Business TRIZ.
• Cases: solutions found and implemented by using TRIZ for business and management.
Other topics related to TRIZ for Business and Management are welcome.

Business TRIZ Online Summer 2022 (in Chinese) was successfully held
Business TRIZ Online Summer 2022 (in Chinese), organized by the International Business TRIZ Association (IBTA) and hosted by IBTA China, was successfully held on July 23, 2022.
As the first Business TRIZ event in Chinese all over the world, this event attracted 160 TRIZ specialists and enthusiasts from China and Malaysia, which can also be seen as an important milestone in the development of TRIZ.
As is known to all, TRIZ is not only a theory, it is a systematic innovation logic with a large set of practical tools for finding innovative solutions, solving business and management problems, formulating and resolving contradictions that arise in almost any field of activity, which can be also used in Business and Management.
The process of this event is the similar as Business TRIZ Online in Russian or in English. Each presentation included 25 minutes of the speaker's work and 5 minutes of answering questions, and a discussion was arranged after all the presentations.
On this event, 6 speakers from colleges and institutes shared their presentations on theories, tools or cases. The participants discussed actively and the mood was very lively. Of course, all the presentations and discussions are in Chinese.
The feedback is extremely positive. Everyone is grateful to IBTA for providing such a platform and looking forward the next Business TRIZ event in Chinese! The conference organizers plan to hold Business TRIZ Online conference every year as an important part of the IBTA events.
